How much does Entries cost?

Pricing is based on the number of clients you manage through the platform. We’ll walk you through options on the demo call. There are no long-term contracts—you can cancel anytime.

How long does onboarding take?

Most firms are live within two weeks. We connect to your existing GL (QuickBooks, Xero), import your client list, and configure rules based on how your team already works. No ripping and replacing—we layer on top of your current stack.

Does this replace my team?

Accepted Answer

No. It replaces the work your team shouldn’t be doing. Receipt chasing, transaction categorization, and reconciliation happen automatically. Your people spend their time on review, advisory, and client relationships—the stuff that actually grows your firm.

What integrations do you support?

QuickBooks Online, Xero, Stripe, Shopify, Mercury, Gusto, Rippling, Brex, PayPal, Wise, and most major banks. We’re adding new integrations every month. If you use it, we either connect to it already or will soon.

Who owns the data?

You do. Your client data stays in your GL. Entries reads and writes to it with your permission, but we never lock you in. If you cancel, everything stays exactly where it was.

What kind of support do you offer?

Every firm gets a dedicated onboarding lead and ongoing Slack-based support. We respond in minutes, not days. For larger firms we offer dedicated account management and custom SLAs.

Can I try it with just a few clients first?

Absolutely. Most firms start with 3–5 clients to see results before rolling out across the book. We’ll help you pick the right pilot group on the demo call.
